Yes! All indoor spaces are heated and cooled.
We have 200 indoor and 200 outdoor chairs so there should not be a need to move any chairs. If it were necessary to relocate any chairs or tables we would do that for you at your request.
The facility will be set-up and ready for you or your vendors by noon on Friday.
We do the positioning of tables and chairs for your event as you have instructed us. We are also responsible for cleaning and rearranging after the event. You simply remove anything belonging to you.
Yes, you may bring food or have any caterer you like. We do not provide or arrange any food or beverages. There is a prep area in Flutter Hall with sink, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker and freezer. There is not a full kitchen available. We provide 15 bags of ice.
We do not allow fireworks. Sparklers may be used briefly on the patio or the gravel drive only.
Yes absolutely. We are all about fun and customization of your event.
We can set up tables and chairs for you on the patio. Space is limited to 40 seats. The charge is $100 total for the set-up and clean-up. Consider a food truck or pizza and add yard games on the grass for a fun easy post rehearsal gathering.
